Exact local formula
Score = severity × probability × frequency × (detection difficulty / 5) × (1.2 if stakeholder concern, otherwise 1). No intermediate rounding. Range: 0.2–150. A score ≥25 is local high priority, an editorial sorting choice, not an ISO criterion. A known legal obligation overrides every score and always returns “Legal review required”. This tool does not detect obligations or verify compliance.
Fixed examples
